The law firm of Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC (GSRM Law) is pleased to announce the addition of Gabriel B. Ragsdale to the firm as an associate attorney.

Gabriel is a member of the Litigation and Labor and Employment sections at GSRM Law. Gabriel’s practice concentrates on complex corporate and commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts in Tennessee and across the country. Before joining GSRM Law, Gabriel practiced as an associate with Bayard, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware. In his Delaware practice, Gabriel focused on complex litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division.

Gabriel earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Gabriel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Gabriel also externed with the United States Department of the Treasury, Assistant General Counsel for International Affairs, where he represented the Treasury Department as a member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Prior to law school, Gabriel worked as an investigator in a Washington, D.C. firm’s whistleblower and class action practice groups. Gabriel is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Political Science, and he maintains certification as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
