The law firm of Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC (GSRM Law) is pleased to announce the following two attorneys have been promoted to Member: Andrew J. Bellm and Hilary C. Dennen.
Andrew J. Bellm is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. Andrew has more than a decade of experience counseling professionals, individuals, and first and multi-generational high-net-worth families in estate planning and probate administration matters. His practice encompasses the development and implementation of comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and guardianship arrangements. Andrew also regularly represents clients in complex probate and trust administration proceedings. Prior to joining GSRM Law, Andrew worked in human resources and employee benefits in the healthcare and logistics industries, as well as in Vanderbilt University admissions. He received his law degree from Nashville School of Law and undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
Hilary C. Dennen is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Estate Planning and Probate Sections. She represents both individuals and companies in complex civil litigation matters at the trial court and appellate level, including breach of contract claims, employment-related disputes, property disputes, regulatory matters, and trust and estate litigation. In addition, Hilary assists clients with navigating conservatorships, guardianships, and estate administrations. With respect to regulatory matters, Hilary regularly assists clients with health facilities licensures and Certificate of Need matters before the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission. She received her law degree from Belmont University College of Law and undergraduate and master’s degrees from Vanderbilt University.
