Nashville attorney Mary Taylor Gallagher, of the law firm Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC (GSRM Law), has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Mary Taylor is a trial lawyer in GSRM Law’s litigation and labor and employment sections. A 1998 graduate of the University of Georgia, Mary Taylor received her Juris Doctor degree from University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001. She has tried jury and nonjury cases in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee. In addition to general business litigation, Mary Taylor focuses her practice on the defense of employers in the railroad, transportation and healthcare industries.

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
