The law firm of Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC (GSRM) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Ginna Winfree to the firm. Ginna will practice in the firm’s Government Relations section, and her law practice will be primarily focused on alcoholic beverage licensing and regulation.

“GSRM is a leader in providing legal services related to the very specialized field of alcoholic beverage law in Tennessee. Adding Ginna to our alcoholic beverage team will allow us to continue to grow our ability to represent clients in all areas of the alcoholic beverage industry,” said managing partner Scott Derrick. “Ginna’s experience in conducting hearings before the commission and reviewing all alcoholic beverage permits for liquor by the drink will be invaluable to GSRM clients.”

Prior to joining GSRM, Ginna served as Assistant Director and most recently as the Interim Director of the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). Ginna is the second GSRM attorney who previously worked for the TABC. Dan Haskell was also Assistant Director of the TABC from 1981-1984.

Ginna earned her law degree from Nashville School of Law and a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee.
