Thomas is a member of the firm’s Litigation section. His practice involves commercial litigation in the areas of business torts, breach of contract claims and real estate. He represents employers in employment disputes and litigation. Thomas regularly represents railroad clients in real property disputes and litigation. He counsels developer, landowner, and municipal clients in matters involving land use and zoning regulations. Thomas counsels landlords in all aspects of commercial landlord-tenant disputes. His clients also include commercial contractors and residential homebuilders throughout Middle Tennessee, whom he advises and, when necessary, represents in litigation.
Prior to joining GSRM Law, Thomas clerked for the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers, Davidson County 6th Circuit Court. Thomas received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School where he served as a managing editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee.
