Overview

Mr. Robinson’s practice is devoted primarily to estate planning and probate administration.  He counsels with clients on all facets in those fields and prepares related documentation.  Mr. Robinson is no longer in the office on a daily basis, but he continues to serve in an advisory role for the practice.

Mr. Robinson served as a member of the Tennessee Commission to study probate laws, authorized by the General Assembly in 1995, and which resulted in law revisions.  He also acted as the Commission’s reporter.  In addition, Mr. Robinson was a founding member of the Tennessee Probate Study Group.

He is a co-author of the last four editions (since 1983) of Pritchard on Wills and Administration of Estates, a recognized treatise of three volumes on Tennessee probate law.
