Bryan has participated in a wide variety of contract negotiation, formation and dispute resolution initiatives. His experience ranges from entity formation, governance and dissolution; to sales and acquisitions, management and operations, licensing and regulation; to labor and employment, life sciences and technologies. After nearly twenty years of representing clients focused on the automotive and transportation, construction, healthcare, hospitality, retail and manufacturing industries, among others, Bryan is uniquely qualified to provide clients with value-added solutions and services for their respective business needs. Of particular note, Bryan’s experience in healthcare-related disciplines includes representing professionals with credentialing, licensing, privileging and disciplinary issues and actions, and includes representation of such professionals before administrative agencies, as well as a provider’s respective regulatory and governing boards.
