For more than 30 years, Billy has counseled high-net-worth individuals and families in areas such as estate planning, asset protection, and charitable giving. A particular focus has been on the challenges of successfully transitioning ownership of family businesses and legacy properties from one generation to the next. Billy also guides closely-held business owners on formation and governance issues, including ownership structure and buy-sell agreements, and has advised on the formation and qualification of tax-exempt entities.
